This is my second shoot with the Cunningham family and it’s wonderful to see how Cleo is growing into such a vivacious little powerhouse with striking red locks. My cluckiness was soaring with a cat, dog and baby (and matching mum-daughter outfits made by Anna herself)! Anna is the queen bee behind the famous Little Annie Pop-in Portraits which you must check out if you’ve got young kids. I’m lucky to call her a friend and it’s an honour to photograph her beautiful family…
It's pretty special when you feel like you really capture families being themselves. I spent an afternoon with the Dalman family and it was full of hilarity and laughter. Benji is such a gorgeous, vivacious little boy and he had an equally entertaining furry big brother called The Fonz. This family has so much love for each other and it really shows...
Spending time with this little family was bliss. Sadie was hilarious. Such a fun and energetic baby to be around. It's always so lovely to watch families interact and be themselves in the comfort of their own home and neighbourhood. We hung out at their place for the first half of the shoot then wandered down to the riverbank for a few snaps. Plus, there were two fur babies, so I was in my happy place!
